Our Staff

The goal of Sutton Swim School, when recruiting new staff members is to look for friendly, outgoing individuals with uplifting personalities who are driven to meet and exceed our customers needs through caring, compassionate, family oriented customer service.

All of our instructors must undergo our specialized intensive training program which includes a minimum of 50 hours of in water training with a senior instructor, as well as 10 hours of classroom instruction and continuous, ongoing clinics.

It is the belief of Sutton Swim School that training can never be complete. We strive to keep up with all the latest methods and techniques by sending key staff members to the United States Swim School Association conferences twice per year where they participate in a series of comprehensive seminars and clinics as well as "round table" discussions with key members of other swim schools from across the World.
